Introduction to Pottery at MUD Ceramics Studio

Planner rationale: - Balances the portfolio so Wheel demand does not crowd out beginner handbuilding demand. - Non-Monday Handbuilding sold-out gross is $3,360 over 16 class-hours; 6 seats reaches $1,680 and clears the manager's $1,600 comfort floor. - Friday evening is a practical low-station-opportunity-cost option.
